Also living with her is her niece - a timid girl. An Englishwoman living in the Highlands brings her mousy, weak, ill niece to live with her. My favorite thing about this series is the setting and characters.
Hamish is on the case! Once again, his superiors want to write this off as an accident, but when Hamish finds proof that the car was made to catch fire and then another dead body turns up, it's pretty obvious that's not the case. As always, an enjoyable quick read. MaryAnn J.
